THE ProcessEvery project starts with a conversation.
Phase 01: Finding the Soul
Creative Direction · Narrative Strategy · Concept Development
Every project starts with a question: what do we want to say? Before a single frame is planned, I go deep — into the brand's world, its audience, and the cultural moment it's living in. The result is a creative blueprint with a clear point of view. A campaign that knows why it exists.
Phase 02: Building the Language
Visual Identity · Moodboarding · Art Direction
Concept becomes visual vocabulary. Colour, texture, casting direction, location, movement — every element is chosen deliberately to serve the story. This is where emotion gets translated into a shooting language the whole team can follow.
Phase 03: Structuring the Story
Scriptwriting · Storyboarding · Shot Design
Whether it's a 90-second brand film, a fashion series or editorial shoot, structure is everything. I script and storyboard each sequence so that by the time we're on set, every decision has been made — and we can work productively.
Phase 04: Building the World
Production Design · Team Assembly · Pre-Production · Casting
I assemble and lead the full creative team — DP, photographer, styling, hair and makeup, locations, talents. I know how to build a crew that serves the vision and stays inside the budget. Production is where most campaigns lose their soul. This is where I make sure yours don't.
Phase 05: Directing
On-Set Direction · Performance · Cinematography & Photography Oversight
On set, I direct the whole world — not just the camera. Performance, atmosphere, light, pace. I work closely with the DP and Photographer to protect the visual language built in pre-production, while staying open to what the day gives us. The best frames are sometimes the ones you didn't plan.
Phase 06: Delivering
Post-Production Oversight · Materials Selection · Edit Direction · Final Delivery
I oversee the selection, edit, colour grade and sound design to make sure the final piece matches the original vision — not just technically, but emotionally. I don't hand over business on the last day of the shoot. I stay until it's right.
